I was going to wait until 10/1 to start the BeFit 90 day challenge but I figured it would be an awesome Christmas gift to myself if I could complete this challenge. Anyone want to join me or has anyone completed this program?

    I'll join ya! I SO want to be past this plateau and be back in the 100s by Christmas! THAT would be an amazing Christmas gift!!! :)

    I'm new here (joined in 2010 but that was it), just started using MFP today...so I'm not sue what the BeFit 90 day challenge is. It sounds interesting though.

    Completed it and loved it. I still use some of the workout pieces from time to time. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
