getting back on track

My highest weight was 280 pounds. I got down to around 225 and then found My Fitness Pal and got down to 155 which was almost my goal weight. I lost 125 pounds in total.

But then some things happened in life and I got off track. I've gained 40 pounds back, so now I'm working on getting back on track again.

    We all have our ups and downs and things happen in life that put us off track. You are obviously knowledgeable about what works for you and your weight loss. Just remember that you can do it....because you've already done it!!!

    You just gotta keep on keepin' on....I was down almost 30 but fell off the wagon in June when my kids got out of school for the summer. I'm back now. I have 4 more pounds to go before I get back to where I was and I'm going to keep on pushing it. You can do it! I know how it is to get off track but it starts to feel better once you start back. Keep trying! You can do it!
