Chia seeds and dry eye (and blood pressure)

Hi all, my sister recently started using chia seeds because her dietician recommended them ( she had weight loss surgery back in april). I've been doing a little bit of research and found out that are good for lower blood pressure as well as helping with dry eye.

I have fairly bad dry eye and high normal blood pressure. Anyone have success (or no success) the chia seeds?

I just read some other post today about chia seeds and dry eye as well as flax seed and fish oils to improve dry eyes. I have been eating chia seeds almost every morning for the past few months and have noticed that I dont have as much dry eyes as I use to. I had Lasik about a year and a half ago and my eyes had been dry after the surgery. For the firt few months afterwards i would use drops...I quickly got tired of using drops and just sucked it up after that...but then recently I have not had it as much as before...I never knew that it may be attributed to my use of chia seeds. Eye opener for me...literally :)

I take them and really enjoy eating them. They keep you hydrated durring a work out and thoughout the day. I take 2 tbs a day and it really works for me. I know they have omegas and that is why I started taking them.
