I used this program to help train my sister for a 5K. Since then I've recommended it to a lot of people. It's a great program and really works.0

What's the name of the app for the iphone? I'm interested
The one I use is C25K by Zen Labs because it's free. But there are a bunch of other ones. Just search C25K.0 -

I did W2, D1 last night....goign to have to strengthen my quads! My knees are sore!
I'm starting W3 D1 tonight and am having the same problem. Sore knees and hamstrings even though I'm stretching.0 -
What a coincidence!! I just started myself!! (Yesterday I finished Week1 Day2) but my plan is in place of the speed hiits for cardio I will do a C25k workout every other day.

I will jump in for the support but I have recently found another interval program that I am going to try instead of C25K. I found it in a magazine but the c25k thing doesnt seem like it's working well for me right now.0

i'm on my 3rd week of week 1, i need motivation to move forward......i don't want to fail but think i have mastered the week 1.0
