Pita bread (the real, soft/fresh lebanese kind, from the lebanese store, not the grocery store) I like to make little wraps with the pita, hummus and tabouli (a type of lebanese salad).
Also, carrots and cucumbers.
Or I just eat it by the spoonful ;P0 -

I've really found that it's tasty when you put it in a pita with bell pepper, a crispy veggie like cucumber and/or carrot, and something sweet like red grapes or a really juicy slice of apple.0

Like so many others, I agree veggies and pita bread. There was a coffee shop back in Arizona that had the best hummus with pita and vegetables. The pita was cut into triangles and you put on the hummus and the veggies that came with it; lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, sprouts, and mushrooms. To this day I haven't found hummus and pita as good as that-I think it was the insane amounts of garlic in it.0
