Has anyone tried the Jillian micheals 30 day shred? Does it seem to produce results? Thinking of buying to today so I can do a little something extra to hopefully loose a few pounds before I get married at the end of the month.

    Yes it does produce results. I did my first round in May and lost 8lbs and 10" in total all over. Today i started it again, theres a October 30DS thread in here so come join us if you do start!

    Put 30 day shred results in the search and you should see lots of encouraging threads!

    the 30 day shred is on youtube for free...i just checked it out. im going to start today!
