This is by far one of my most favorite and easiest recipes I do around the Fall/Winter months.

Fall Pork

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 1 can No Sugar Added Cranberry Sauce
- 1 packet of dry Lipton Onion Soup

1) Place pork tenderloin in crockpot.
2) Cover pork with entire packet of the onion soup.
3) Pour whole can of cranberry sauce on top and smooth around pork.
4) Cook on Low 6-8 hours. Once cooked, shred.
5) Serve either on a low-fat bun or just as pork with baked/mashed potatoes and veggies.

YUM!

Sounds good. I might try to make it in crock-pot. Thanks

    You're welcome!
  • I'm in college, so no crock pot, but I know what I'll be talking my dad into making this weekend :-)

    Thanks!

Sounds simple and delicious! Will be trying this very soon. Thanks!
  • You can also use a can of root beer with pork tenderloin in the crock pot. It shreds easy and isn't dry at all.
Just shred with two forks and add your favorite BBQ sauce.
