So after all the talk about PB2 on here, it sparked my interest and I finally broke down and bought some at the commissary. I must say with the banana it tastes the same as regular PB. Without the banana I can feel the texture difference and a hint of an after taste and it doesn't taste like peanut butter at all, it doesn't taste like anything to me, just smells like peanut butter. But nonetheless I can handle it. I'd like to travel off of the banana, how do you take your PB2?

I use PB2 on my protein pancakes or sometimes in my oatmeal

If you're using water...don't. That's where that weird aftertaste came from for me. I now use my unsweetened almond milk instead of water and it tastes AWESOME! No gross aftertaste!

I make mine a little thicker and dip a few pretzels in it...or I add a couple scoops to my protein shake. YUM!

I either add a little to my Protein shake with triple chocolate powder and skim milk, or I toast two pieces of Sara lee 45 calorie bread and spread chocolate pb2 on top of the warm bread., it melts in and tastes like a donut. Yum.

I'm gonna try this. I had bought some, mixed it with water and hated it. Haven't tried it since.

The key is NOT to add TOO MUCH WATER! I love PB2 and eat it straight every morning from a little bowl. cold water works well too

I use it to make peanut butter pie, mix it with greek yogurt, use it in a frozen banana/almond milk shake, and today I used it to make Chocolate covered Katie's Chocolate Monkey Peanut butter cups.

I haven't tried PB2, but I love the Betty Lou's Organic Powdered Peanut butter. I mix up the 2 tbsp with the water, dip my apple slices in it. I've also put it in my chocolate protein shakes (in the blender) and I love the flavor of chocolate peanut butter. I have also spread it on a multigrain flat out wrap with sliced banana (or apple). I don't eat it TOO often (about once or twice a week) but I love it! Of course, I love peanut butter.

Big fan! I "dip" my apple slices into it.

    I add to smoothies.

    I sprinkle onto my oats.

    Bell Plantation sells direct. http://www.bellplantation.com/

(I do all this dry -- I don't add water -- except for smoothies, my personal preference)

Where can you buy this stuff. Ive never heard of it before...
  • I LOVE PB2! I swear by it.

I use it to make PB&J's... Banana and peanut butter sandwiches... I love using it on fruit.

I am addicted to the chocolate PB2. I love that on strawberries, apples, raspberries.

I also use it with a frozen banana in a blender... it makes peanut butter banana ice cream! :)

AND I also use it alone to make protein shakes with fruit, protein powder, etc.

I found it at HEB (TX grocery store). It was on the nutrition/diet food aisle, so that may be where it is in other grocery stores. I use it in shakes.

I bought both kinds on Amazon, the regular and the chocolate.
