New To MFP

Hello,

I'm new to MFP. Looking to add some new friends for motivation and possibly meal ideas to help me along my weight loss journey. I am a very active person. I have completed several 5k races, a 10k race, 2 - 10 mile races, 2 half marathons, and 2 Tough Mudders. However, my weight has been picking up because I have been eating quite awful lately. So I joined MFP to keep track of what I eat each day in hopes to drop at least 20 pounds.
