Are there any god ones out there? Please if you have one tell me what you think. I have Kathy Smith's lift weights to lose weight and I am getting bored with it. Want to find a new one that is below $15. I want one that will challenge and teach good form. Thanks in advance!

Gilad has some good ones and so does Denise Austin. You just have to look for what fits you. I think WalMart has them.0
