I could write a book about this:

*Boots on the ground (or any variation thereof)
*At the end of the day
    *Their/There/They're screw ups
*Inappropriate use of the possessive (e.g., no apostrophe when there should be)
    *Somewhat unique
    *It's all good
    *Don't go there
    *It is what it is
    *Everything happens for a reason
*I'm KIDDING (usually spoken immediately after some snipe that was really designed to be hurtful)

This dude I work with says "beautiful" after every response in a phone conversation...like saying "okay, great" he says "beautiful" he can say it three four times in a phone call...
And the thing that disturbs me is he's gross which grosses me out when he says it constantly!

I hate the word chagrin. I just think it's the wrong word for what it means! 'Grin' should not be part of a word that means distress or humiliation

    Yeah, I'm weird :/

    "Un-thaw"

absolutely! my husband says "de-thaw" - as in, "should I de-thaw some chicken for dinner?" - my answer - "yes. please put it back in the freezer."

We have a project manager at work that says many of these phrases constantly:
    "it is what it is"
"at the end of the day"
    "ya know"
    "right?!"
    "to your point"

    I also really can't stand:
    "ain't/ain't it"
    "Warsh" for wash
"Hers" for she (Hers going to be late.)
    Did I mention ain't/ain't it?
    "anyhoo"
