I take Renew...it includes a stress relief & energy supplement, along with a vitamin (multi-mega formula)...
It's from the Midwest center for attacking anxiety & depression...OK, soo on my nutrient summary:
I am -304% on Vitamin C, and -60% on my iron. No big deal, or should I care?

Vitamin C, not to worry.
Google maximums on Iron, though. Metals can become toxic at high doses, but I don't know how high that would be.0 -
A healthy woman usually carries around 2mg of iron in her body. 70% of that being in haemoglobin, and also healthily loses around 1.5-2mg every day (woman of fertile ages with regular menstrual cycles)
Normal Iron levels in a woman can vary from 65-165 dL (micrograms per decilitre)
If you are overly concerned ask your doctor to give you an iron test, depending on what the test concludes there are a whole range of things that the doctor may suggest
Good luck!

Idk if 60% is a lot over...I donate blood once a month and when I had my blood tests taken it actually said I was anemic, but that was two days after I donated. I know you're supposed to take all 3 pills everyday because they include other nutrients for your health, I wouldn't normally get.0

Once a month?? You are joking right?? You should only be doing it minimum every 12 weeks, a month is not giving your body time to recuperate and generate new blood cells. I'm surprised they are letting you do it that often!!
I donate blood as well, but it has to be exactly 12 weeks or over before I can give again.
I think maybe you should hold off for longer periods between your donations and see if that makes a difference
It would be different if you were only donating plasma that can be done every 4-6 weeks healthily, but a full blood donation every month??? No danger would you catch me even attempting to do it! (Not that I would be allowed anyway lol!)
I know the laws are different in various countries but it is unhealthy in my opinion (I'm a student Nurse, I'm not saying that holds any validity but you know, thought I'd throw it in there haha!). You could try it out and see what happens
Do you get your iron levels taken before you donate? I know for the way they do it for here it's a tighter criteria for Iron levels because they don't want you ill or turning anaemic temporarily after your donation?
Sorry for the long paragraph haha!0
