    You can find one at Target. I like element's yoga for biginners. Good luck !

    They might have it at Target because I bought another Rodney Yee yoga DVD there last summer

    Seconded! He gives very clear instruction on poses/form. He's my favorite DVD instructor.

    Try the biggest loser weight loss yoga DVD. It is great and burns TONS of calories!

    I agree! Rodney Lee's beginner video and then you can move on to any of his other ones, I like the AM or Burn.

    (Or do you think she can do most adult poses??)
