Happy One Year Anniversary to ME on MFP (Pictures)

Today marks 365 consecutive days logging on MFP and I thought I would share my before and after pictures with all of you! :happy:

SW: 207
GW: 147
CW: 150

Before Sizes

Shirts: XL
Pants: 16/18 misses

After Sizes

Shirts: Medium
Pants: 10 misses / 11/13 Juniors (OMG I FIT INTO JUNIORS CLOTHES AGAIN!)

What worked for me

Eating between 1700-2000+ calories per day
Running 4-5 times a week (6-10 miles total), Walking or using the Elliptical
Constant support from my friends on MFP
Setting goals (like 5K races)
Not giving ANYTHING up (food wise) :happy: :happy: :happy:

    That is awesome. I am always amazed at how much younger people look in their "after" picture! I am about halfway to my journey. It will be similar to yours - I want to lose 50 pounds and will go from a size 16/18, XL tops (tight) to size 10, M tops. You are truly an inspiration for me to keep on truckin!
