how to speed up your metabolism? not loseing any weight

how do you speed up your matabolim? or get past a plateau? i havent lost any weight for about 3 weeks now, i have also changed my exercise. i use tojog/walk 5x a week now i do that 3 a week and swim 2x a week. and ive gain a kg!!!

anyone have any advice or tips?

You may need to increase your calories. If you're running three days per week and swimming the other two days, your activity level requires more fuel. I bet you'd see the scale start to move again if you started eating 1400 to 1500 calories per day. Swimming burns a LOT of calories.0
