    Hi hi. I used to be on here as RumpusParable but got rid of my profile. So I'm back as RumpusP.

    Vegetarian for around 7-8 years, vegan for around 3-4. I'm not sure on the exact numbers.

    I've been vegetarian or vegan for the past 25 years (I sort of pendulum back and forth). I'm vegetarian at the moment but i still eat a lot of vegan too. Anyway there is a whole group of us here on MFP. Add me if you wish and welcome!

    vegan but for the wrong reasons. I just like the health benefits (energy, clear skin, weight loss, etc)

    I'm not sure there is, or at least that is, a wrong reason. I know people who had a health scare, people who do it for animal reasons, or whatever. Oddly enough, environmental concerns and all the grabage in a lot of these animals raised in an unnatural way were intial prods in that direction for me.
