Thanks for posting. The girls on the Success Stories are an inspiration but it is good to see a guy write his experience and photo progress. I've only been MFP for a few weeks and mainly concentrating on cardio on the gym as well as lots more walking (not sure the dog is happy with 3 mile walks), next week I want to start weights to add some definition. Your post has motivated me.0
