SAVORY - Greek Yogurt daily snack, ideas?

Hi all,
I have used the search and all I seem to come up with are sweet things. I have just about 1 cup of Greek yogurt every day - some in my overnight oats and the rest as a snack.
The problem for me is that I have been putting honey in the yogurt and it's killing my sugar allowance so I need some ideas that I can do EVERYDAY using Greek yogurt that does not require me to use it as a dip (like tzatziki) and without sugar or excess sodium. In this case fruit IS sugar, so to jam, honey, stevia, agave etc.. I'm looking for snacks that are savory - not sweet.
Anyone have anything?

This is my absolutely favorite greek yogurt (dip) around. I eat it by the spoonful: http://www.skotidakis.com/en/products/product-dip-jalapeno-24oz.php We can not keep it in the house. We can only find it at Costco and we now have family members begging us to get them a few containers.0

I'm going to be having cottage cheese today with sumac and cumin spices. I'd bet they'd taste great in yoghurt too!0

I also tend to want savory foods so:
1. yoghurt with your own homemade salsa added or
2. use it as a "creamy" salad dressing with herbs and lemon juice added or
3. Grate some cucumber, add some mint and garlic and you have a greek tsatsiki sauce - great with grilled fish or chicken or
4. Add some to a herb flavoured cream cheese to bulk it up
Enjoy and eat well0
