Tracking the Shred

Today I did 20 min on the treadmill, burning 190 calories. Then I did the 30 day shred...I tracked this as 25 min of strength training and it says I burned 96 calories. That doesn't seem right. Does anyone else have a better way to track the shred?

If you don't have a hrm then track it under circuit training.0
