Eating out: Decent soups?

Which restaurant serves decent soup that doesn’t have 1,000 grams of fat and ten billion grams of sodium? I’m super sickly today and needing soup but only have outside choices. Any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks.
Thanks.

phoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
I have no idea what the sodium content is generally but it's my favorite soup to eat when I'm sick! Plus if you're stuffy you can add them jalapeno slices and/or sriracha and the spiciness will clear up your sinuses real quick! Just be sure to have a box of tissues nearby... hahaha0 -

Agreed on Subway! Also, lots of restaurants have their nutritional info on their sites. I personally love Panera's chicken and wild rice, mmm.0
