Slow-cooked lean rump steak and mushrooms, with coleslaw. And I'll cook wedges for the husband and kids too. (It's 10.38am here, .)

I had a Greek salad, vanilla Greek yogurt, and some plain grilled chicken.

My kids had the chicken, noodles, cherry tomatoes, and cauliflower. They don't do salad =(

I tried a new recipe and it was really good - even one of the kids ate it. Old Charleston Style Shrimp and Grits. I used only 12 oz. shrimp & fat free half & half, said it served 6 and it was 557 calories.
