    You are so right about the site. i had not realized how many calories certain things i thought were good for me were. I am still having to learn to adjust them so that i can still have them and lose. One thing I have been doing is limiting my calories for breakfast and dinner and at lunch i eat whatever i want (within reason usually a loaded salad or a hamburger with no fries). I have lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks. So i guess this is working. By adding some exercises I am definitely seeing inches go away.
