It's Friday!! Yay
Let's keep the positive energy going by listing an improvement to your life since joining MFP (food, fitness, or even something general).
I don't get winded to the point of feeling like I'm going to pass out when I go on the elliptical. The first time I did it, I thought I was going to die after 5 minutes.

I can do a pull-up, deadlift and squat more than my bodyweight, and run more than a half-marathon. I can place in most 5K races in my division. My goal was to be able to keep up with my active friends. Now I can beat my active friends.
I went from a size 16 to a size 4/6. And I'm still technically overweight according to BMI.
Keep on keeping on!0 -

I can run over 3 miles now non-stop, something I never thought I'd be able to do. I've met so many amazing people here0 -

I am now in a size 8 jeans (haven't been in a size 8 since I was 20 years old, I am now 40 years old) coming down from a size 18 jeans. I can see my rolls on my belly disappearing. I'm so excited!!! I can exercise for over an hour without being winded and feeling like passing out after 20 minutes.0

I weigh now what I did when I was 19, and when I lose ten more I'll weigh what I did when I was the most fit I've ever been.0
