    What an amazing difference! I had the same revelation about workouts and I try to tell my friends...its doesnt matter if you are just starting or have been working out for years...you want to totally punish yourself and you will get the same amazing workout as someone who is much stronger :) Definitely helped me embrace the concept of exercise. It took away the end goal and made me realize that it is a way of life.

    I am so going to start this! I have been wanting to but do not have the funds to buy it, hoping my friend will loan me theirs! Thanks I was unsure in the beginning but now that I have seen someone have true results I am going all in!
