What was your routine like to access this success?????
I'm essentially a lazy person who likes food, so I'm not a nutter at the gym or anything like that - I try and go for walks mainly as my exercise, and apart from that I can only put success down to logging all my food on MFP. I quite enjoy the challenge of seeing what I can get with my calories each day!0 -
