I <3 Seeds, who's with me?

Where have these things been for the first 30 years of my life?!?!?! :love:

Organic milled flax seed, raw sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds all seem to take the cake for me right now. Turns out, I have a magnesium deficiency and after eating these guys in various serving sizes (and supplementing) I am feeling FABULOUS!

Anyone else finding that eating seeds is helping them feel better and relax better?

    I have always like sunflower seeds, but since I started on my latest weight loss journey (hoping this will be a lifestyle change for good!), I have discovered pumpkin seeds. They are my favorite! I eat them in 1/2 oz portions, usually twice a day. I really feel like I am getting something when I eat them.

    I am so totally with you! I crave them. I mix me up a big batch of sunflower, flax, pumpkin seeds, hemp and chia. Sometimes I add cherries and cranberries to the mix. yummy and filling.
