Well, it's not a non-veggie but since it doesn't TASTE like a veggie my favorite go-to snack is cauliflower stir fry "rice". Chop the cauliflower finely into rice consistency and stir fry just as you would regular rice. Add in whatever you want to flavor it or cook with it, toss in a small amount of low sodium soy sauce (or Braggs Liquid Amino) and WAH-LAH! Stir fry! LOVE LOVE LOVE it even though I don't really like cauliflower. I'm going to try cauliflower popcorn next. Never tried it, but have seen youtube videos on it and looks delicious!0

Sunflower Seeds - I like them in shell with low/no salt. Lots of work and fewer calories.0

Depends what you mean by low calorie, I guess. Aside from fruit/veg at very low cals, I find that if I fancy some chocolate, I go for a Kit Kat at 107 calories, and if I fancy something savoury, you can get crisps that are only 80-90 calories. Low fat yoghurt is also a good one, or light cheese triangles.
Hope some of those are helpful!

Favorite snacks:
carrots and hummus
cheerios
popcorn
cheese sticks
I love snacking on cheerios but make sure you don't snack straight from the box, otherwise half of the box becomes your snack. I don't speak from experience of course. Always portion out a serving and move away from the rest! :happy:0 -
Also, if you like healthy smoothies, these are good ones too
