ready set go! getting ready to go do a homecoming photo shoot and need to eat on the way. looking for food items with high calories but very low carbs that i can get at either fast food places or gas stations!

    Beef and ched sticks, at any gas station, probably 400-500 calories, very low carb count...if any

    yup nuts in your mouth are great....i love nuts...cashews, pistachios and peanuts are my fave.

    Some burger places could wrap your burger in lettuce instead of bun, I would get a spicy chicken burger with lettuce wrapped instead of bun, with Swiss cheese.... mmmmmm now I'm hungry :/

    AWESOME EVERYONE THANKS SO MUCH!!! Today is much first day trying to cut back on the carbs so this was totally helpfuly! Now I gotta run because I am late from reading all the awesome ideas!     what lol? im doing more calories, just having a bad day because of family issues and had to force myself to eat at all. i still need to take in 500 more by then end of the day to get to 1700 calories

    thanks guys! im going to keep this thread so when i go to the grocery store i can stock up on what you have listed and that way i will have it to snack on throughout the day! finally got to my 1700 calories! when i posted this i was only at like 400 for the day lol
