    did the 5K, beat your time goal, AND lost weight?!?! - - you are on fire, girl! I will be happy to get down to your weight...been tryin to break the 300 mark.....you are an inspiration!

    You can do it! CONSISTENCY is the KEY! If you step off the wagon get right back on! I have fallen off so many times but the bug has stuck now...try adding some new exercise, I know this is gonna sound crazy but join a gym if you can afford it. I barely can but it is for my life. Try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. That is how I started close to $10 dollars at Wal-Mart.

    That's Great!!!!!!! I have my first 5k in 2 weeks and I'm very nervouse. This is great inspiration. :)

    Use that nervousness to push you farther...I was crying before the race because I was nervous...but the adrenaline break through!
