My first day

Hello everyone
I am new here, I seriously need to lose nearly 18kg. I have tried in the past by myself and have not been successful. I woke up this morning and saw myself and thought today I am serious about losing it! it was a kind of light bulb moment for me.Only I can do this for me. No one forces me to eat the crap I eat. No one is stopping me from exercising. I have a loving and supportive husband and children but I am doing this for me!
I know I will have ups and downs, good days and bad, but if I have goals and timelines I can do it!!
It is all in the mind and today is going to be a good day.

    Hi! It's my first day as well. My goal is to lose 45 lbs (20.4 kg) by mid April. I know I can do it - just needed to take the first step, which I did today.

    Welcome to all the new ones who have made a life change. As this is for life, this is not a diet it is a change of the way you think of food and exercise.
