I'm 5'4 and weigh 139lbs.
I don't know about my thighs and arms, but as for chest-waist-hips, I'm 36-28-40.
I'm about ten pounds from my perfect weight according to my GP, but I'll admit the motivation to continue is withering away, haha. Currently trying to tone up my lower half because, as you can tell, I'm very much pear-shaped.0 -
