    I would so recomend it. It kicks my *kitten* but i give it 100% everyday!!

    Im not going to sugar coat it...YES it is very hard, but you get exactly what you put into it. I do what i can and try to push myself a little further each day and you will feel your body changing.

    Amazing. I just bought the DVDs but didn't start yet because I thought I would need to get in a little better shape to do it. Can't wait to do it!
