I just got done my workout.

I did a 12 minute HIIT that was a bodyrock/ZWOW mash-up of sorts.

10 seconds off 50 seconds on...3 rounds.

1. Divebombers
2. Jumping jacks
3. Sumo squat with knee ups
4. Jump rope

Then I followed it up with a 10 minute 10% / 3 mph walk for "cool down".

What did YOU do today?

    50 minutes on my elliptical. my most minutes on it yet!
  • I did today 360 Xbox kinect boxing and step, hula hoop. on your shape fitness Evolved.
  • I have a elliptical just sits in my garage I wish I like to use it.

    I have yet to even try an elliptical! Someday maybe.

    Today was basically a rest day. The wife & I walked the dog; 2 laps around a nearby lake for 1-1/2 miles in @ 1/2 hour.

    Today was a semi rest day for me, did a 1 mile run with family and then walked back. Later in the day did around 20 minutes of different dips, crunches, and pushup on "The Rack". This was my recoup day from yesterday, ran 5 miles on treadmill and 20 minutes on the eliiptical, it usual push me into a negative calorie count early in the day.
