    Hello :) im in!!! I would like to loose 8 more pounds by October 31st !!!!

    My plan of attack is to :
    -Stay away from white! Pastas, Breads and Rice!!
    -Eat veggies with EVERY MEAL!! Fruit is my dessert
    -Exercise 6 out of 7 days a week ranging from high to low intesity


    :) whats everyone elses game plan?

    Start weight: 170
    current weight: 153
    Goal: 143ish

    Plan of Action: run 6 days, eat healthy, 30 day fitness challenge (arms and abs); keep hydrated and try to get some rest.
