What is your workout schedule? How to split?

Options
Looking for ideas on how to split up my workouts, like legs, upper body, abs etc. I work out 5 days a week Monday thru Friday, Saturday I just do cardio & Sunday is my rest day. So I was curious how you all split up your work outs during the week so I can get some ideas on how to schedule mine. I did legs today, so I know I probably should give them a break until Wed. Not sure what I will work on tomorrow. If I can put together a schedule for specific body parts I will be so much more focused & organized. Thanks for any tips!

I change my splits all the time.

    My current split is:

    M - back and cardiohell
    T - arms and cardiohell
    W - cardio and abs
    T - shoulders and cardiohell
    F - chest and cardiohell
S - legs and waddling up stairs

    Monday's are Chest/tricep ,Wednesday's are Bicep/Back/shoulders, and Friday's are legs. Cardio 5x a week

I don't split body parts. I do a full body workout 3 non-consecutive days a week followed by 20-30 minutes of cardo. I then try and get in another 2 days of cardio and/or yoga a week. I don't have set days though because my weekends are always the variable.

    Hi

    I weight train 4 days a week

    Monday - Chest / Tricep.
    Tuesday - Back / Bicep.
    Wednesday - Shoulders / abs.
Thursday - Legs (and sometimes a few more triceps and biceps or abs).

I don't tend to do cardio very much, If I do I stick to high intensity stuff (sprints / rowing sprints, burpees etc). I do IF for losing fat which I have found extremely effective.

    :)

    Similar to this.

Mon, Wed, Fri: Compound lifts, abs, and HIIT
Tue, Thurs: Boxing in the a.m., running in the p.m.
    Sat: Yoga, plyometrics, etc.
    Sun: Long run
