WW and MFP Question

Options
For those of you who track both on MFP and WW, do you find that your calories are somewhat similar to your points or are they usually more or less? Also, do you just track on MFP or WW or both?

    I track on WW and MFP. I'm on 1600 calories right now and I find that although I'll have to use my AP's or some of my weeklies, I don't run out of points if I don't go over on MFP.
