ChaLean Extreme, who else is doing it?

Hey everyone. At the beginning of this year i did a round of ChaLEAN Extreme and loved my results so i was wondering if there is anyone out there doing it right now, started today, or are starting soon that would like to become friends to share/compare everyday & keep each other accountable??

    Hello! I started it yesterday (October 1st). Did Burn 1. Today is rest day, tomorrow, Burn 2 and so forth. I am excited to get this going. My muscles are feeling it today. Been screaming at me all morning...lol! I'd love to hear your results the first go around!

    You are going to love it! It just gets better and better! I actually just became a Beachbody coach because it's made me so passionate! I lost 8.5 total inches from around my body by the end of the Burn Phase!

    I am in my first week of the Burn Phase and i love it. Tomorrow is Burn Circuit 3, can't wait.

    That's great to hear!!! I only have about 10 lbs left to lose, although if the inches come off I don't really care if that scale moves or not. My muscles are still yelling at me. But that's ok...they can talk back all they want as long as they are doing what they are suppose to ;)

    I started last week and I am starting week two of the burn phase tomorrow! I really like it. I also do insanity on the days that arent as tough only cause I am trying to loose weight also! I am in a Christmas Challenge to loose as much weight by christmas so I am hoping this will do the trick!

    That's how I feel too! I've been losing inches like crazy! I feel so much stronger and have less back issues!

    30 mins for the weights mostly....some of the cardio maybe 30-50 depending on the day/phase

    It's five days per week, and it goes like this:
    (the days of the week will vary depending on what day you start, but for this example we'll start on Sunday.)

    Sunday: Circuit training, 35 mins
    Monday: off
    Tuesday: Circuit training, 35 mins
    Wednesday: off
    Thursday: Circuit training, 35 mins
    Friday: Intervals, 45 mins
    Saturday: Cardio, 25 mins

    This is the workout schedule you'll stick to the whole time. The only change to the timing is in the last month, when the circuit days go up to about 45 mins.

    I'm mid week 3.

    We don't have the Select-tech weights she uses, but we do have a set that goes from 10-50 lbs and you can increase in 2 1/2 lb increments. We bought PowerBlocks @ D!ck's sporting goods, you can also buy an add on for more than 50 which we now need for my husband. That's part of why I like, I don't have a hundred sets of dumb bells setting around yet we can both get the weight range we need.

    I started yesterday... love it so far! I'm going to stick with it for the 90 days! Leave for Cabo in 92 days...perfect timing!! I need to get some heavy weights but doing that today! How much weight has people lost?? or inches?? Interested to hearing results. Good Luck!
