    I am in. I've been yo-yo-ing all month between 175-180, so time to get focused and drop these pounds. I want to be below 170 by December 1.

    It's Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada. Had one Thanksgiving dinner last night and going to another one tonight. Definitely a good challenge food intake wise!
