    Week three provided its own challenge in that I had a cold, which makes it hard to exercise. I'm starting a running program this week and I am so excited to be starting again.

    YAY! The reading of 142 lbs that I actually took last Monday *wasn't* an anomalous reading! The number stuck and I'm on track to lose two more pounds by Halloween :-)
