    i said i was goin to do this but this week so far i havent lost anything. im a little down about it. help me step it up. am i just bein impatient? i weighed in on the 1st at 140 ......will it take awhile before my body kicks in to gear with shedding the lbs

    I have totally let myself go since the fall semester started! Going to kick this month into high gear as I have an event at the end of next month around Thanksgiving that I need to look my best for! Ultimate goal by then: 113 lbs!

    My starting weight was a couple of weeks ago. I lost 4.5 lbs in the first week, but generally I'll try this one, I'm a slow loser, but 1 lb a week should do doable
