I did jump on the scale this morning and it registered 142 lbs! That number seems like an outlier so I'm throwing it out in favor of this past Friday's number of 144 lbs. My usual weigh-in dates are on Fridays and that's the number I'll post on Mondays, with a special weigh-in on 10/31/2012.0 -
OK, so during the week I weighed myself and had dropped 2 lbs. But I did a lot of "stress eating" over the weekend (had to take cat to ER vet hospital, etc) and so I put 1 lb back on. I'm still down 1 lb but... dang. I know that stress is not an excuse for over eating. AND, that eating is not a cure for stress. So I'm going to get back on track and stay positive. (Oh, and I am picking up my kitty today because the Vet just called to say she is doing better.)

I didn't do as well as I had hoped. Received some unfortunate news and turned to my Peanut M&M's. Still kept track and got it under control. Will push myself hard this week and hopefully lose that extra half a pound. My goal next week is to be at 130.
