If I've been a newbie once before can I be one again?

So here I am back on the dieting scene. Actually, it's my 3rd time using this website to get myself on track. The first time I used it alone. The second time I used it with my boyfriend. Now this being the third time I'm gonna try and get more involved than I did before.
I'm a 25 year old mom who works as a teacher & I've got over 100 lbs to loose.
I started this round of dieting at 250 lbs and I'm already down 5 lbs in the first week. I'm taking liporush, which I think it great because it really helps me keep the cravings down and I don't feel any of the jitters. I'm make much healthier choices with what I eat, by comparison anything was healthier than what I was eating. And also I'm hitting the gym, unfortunately it's my last month and I'm nervous about what I'll do when I don't have a membership. Most important, I'm getting myself accountability partners. I'm learning that it helps to resist the cake when you know your gonna have to confess to someone that you ate it.

It only works it you work it, so I'm trying to get myself plugged in.
Feel free to add me.

You live in Fla. you can do alot of things outside most of the year. Go for walks with your child , take your child to the park to play, dance around the house with your child. Just moving more is excercise. And just think of the things you can teach your child about eating and staying healthy. But really you should not think of this as a diet. It's a better way of looking at eating. Make this time your time for success.
  • The way I look at it....better a repeating newbie than a frustrated "givver upper". I'm much older than you, but I've fought this battle most of my life, with my first "diet" at age 12. You never stop trying to be the healthiest you can. The way I look at it is any movement is good. Dancing in the living room while the commercials are on and my favorite...wall pushups-will really make a difference. Good luck "newbie"!
