    I do a class every week, and love it. Sweat a lot and I am able to get deeper in the poses.

    It was fun.

    As with anything, over time I saw good progress... Nothing better than regular yoga.

    I'd do it again if they had it near where I live.

    Con: you sweat SO MUCH that it's hard to stay hydrated when doing it regularly.

    You must drink a tooon of water!! But I love it. It has made me so so flexible!! It really gets you a stretch that you cannot get without the heat.
