I LOVE TILAPIA...I have a smoker grille so what I do is melt down some coconut oil (FOR CALORIES) put a light coat on the flesh then shave down some almond and toast it, sprinkle the toasted Almond on the Tilapia (coconut will help it stick) Then I slow cook it in the smoker. You can obviously do this in a conventional over as well. Slow cook it on a bed of brown or whole grain rice with some zuchinni or asparagus...Mmmmmm, Mmmmmm GOOOD !

    Barbecued tilapia

    Spritz the tilapia with lemon
Sprinkle with favorite mixed spice and paprika
    Brush with olive oil
    Partially bake for 10 minutes
    Add your favorite barbecue sauce..cover
bake for the remaining 10-20 minutes
uncover for the last few minutes

    My homemade barbecue sauce
    Sundried tomatoes
    raw red pepper
    garlic
    olive oil
    cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup of pitted dates
(chipotle or a smoky pepper )
Put in food processor and grind until a thick sauce
