    We are twins, except I just turned 38...sheesh!! We are the same height, my current weight is 229.6, right there with you, and my ultimate goal weight is 165! This is what I weight in 2007 and I felt my best! I got down to 152 and it didn't look good on me, started gaining back to get back to 165 and didn't stop until now...LOL!!
