Conrats on your hard work! You look great!
  • that's astonishing! well done!!! very inspirational...

I like to think of something really gross that I can visualise when I think of my weight loss. I've lost 26kg (around 57 lbs) and I'm at my goal. In Australia, tubs of margarine (FAT...YUK) are 500g. So I've lost 52 tubs of margarine...
  • A picture speaks a thousand words - thanks for adding inspiration to my day! You look AWESOME!!!!!!

Wow. Congratulations on what you have achieved. That's commitment right there. Thank you for not only posting your progress photos but also your tips. I'm about 1.2 kg (4 or 5 lbs) away from my first goal I set for myself (and I'm about to set myself another goal) and they were great for me too.

Indeed! This is but a short reflection for me to push forward as it will get much harder as I get closer to my something. Milestones give you that extra bit of confidence you need to charge on. They are important in building confidence and embracing triumph over a challenging but acheiveable short range goal. There is no better place to do that than here where we are all struggling to regain something we lost. Where we all understand that the road is tough, and sometimes very long. A recognition of a milestone instills hope in those that reach, and jubulation in those that conquer it. Celebrate your milestones!
