What is your resting heart rate?

Options
Just curious if anyone knows their resting heart rate? Mine is 55 BPM, measured ~twice a month for the past few months.

    O. Any faster than that and it's technically not at rest.

I have no clue b/c I'm typically woken up by a kitty squeaking at me on my chest, staring me in the eyes and I start talking to her immediately so already I've blown it with getting an accurate reading lol. I do know when I did my RPE for my P90X Fit Test, it was down markedly from 3 months previous..

Between 62 and 66. Before I quit smoking it was up in the 70s.

right now it is 64, down from 88 this time last year due to longtime illness I didn't know I had. I am very thankful for that 64. Now if I could just get my BP up I will be tip top!
