New Member- Tired all the time, need some motivation :)

I work full time and go to school full time. It is so hard to find time to work out. How does everyone else do it? I am going to start taking yoga classes twice a week in the evenings. I am hoping this will jump start my energy. Thanks for any adds. :flowerforyou:

    I have a friend who works full time, and goes to school part time. She also has two kids. One is in daycare, and the other is in school.
    One of the things she does is goes to the park 3 days a week and to the gym 2 days a week. SHE GOES DIRECTLY FROM WORK. SHE DOES NOT GO HOME FIRST. SHE DOES NOT GO PICK HER CHILD UP FROM DAYCARE FIRST. She goes to the daycare immediately after her work out.

    I really admire her dedication to her health and weight loss. She's lost over 50 lbs, and is busy busy busy.

    It's hard to find motivation, but it's easier to set a priority.
