Strenght training helps a lot for that, you would see the difference real quick!

Thank you :-) they are my world0 -
My fiance had some man-boobs himself (haha), and the only thing that helped him were exercises that target the pecs.
I'm sure cardio helps with it, but strength training in the chest seems to really speed it up.0 -
I don't know about man boobs but I wish as a woman I had none. Remedy for removing mine all together?! lol0

You just missed going to Marti Gras, you could of had a pretty descent bead collection by now.0

If you've ever seen real man boobs, you would know whether or not you had them. You probably just have flabby pecs and those just require exercise .
Something like this if you go to a gym:

here's what I do ( or try to do when my job gives me a chance^^) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/81619-new-training-programm
you can do all of the strength exercises at home with a minimum of equipment ( a bench and dumbells)
I'm in the military too (Canada), I was armored recon for 10 years, I recently took a transfer to the trucker world (pre-retirement lol).
What do you do?

As there's no such thing as "spot reduction" (specific exercises to burn fat off from specific locations), moobs will disappear during the regular process of decreasing your bodyfat percentage. In what order this happens, depends much on an individual, but for most men the beer belly is the last one to leave, and moobs likely disappear before that.
Bench press combats the general post-fatloss flabbiness look. Arguably saggy man boobs are even less aesthetic than ones full of adipose tissue. And probably less fun to fondle.0 -
