Pumpkin Muffins

I just tried a new recipe for a pumpkin cake muffin. You take a box of yellow cake mix add one 15 oz can of pumpkin. Separate into a muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for around 8 to 10 minutes. They have no eggs or oil added. I really liked them. They have around 25 calories per muffin depending on how big you make them. If you want more flavor I would suggest taking out some of the cake mix and adding a little bit more pumpkin. I'm thinking of adding walnuts next time.

For more flavor, give it a try with 1 can pumpkin, 1 cup water and a spice cake mix.0

why not add some pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon/nutmeg/ginger to it to add to the flavor as well? I might try these this weekend!0
